Thin Film Coating and Microstructuring
Holographic gratings for spectroscopic application.
Grating constants of up to 4000 lines/mm can be
produced. Dimensions of up to 60 mm apertures with active optical wavelengths
from 200 nm to 800 nm are available. These gratings show high performing
surfaces with very precise line shapes and transmission for better spectral
performance.
